“Virtual Inspections” include logbook reviews, discussions withmaintenance personnel, pilots, previous owners and reviewof associated FAA paperwork.
NEGOTIATION
We negotiate in your interest to obtain acceptable terms and conditions for the purchase of the aircraft, and draft purchase offers and aircraft purchase agreements.
PREPURCHASE INSPECTION
We bring together pilots, maintenance experts, and management professionals to perform thorough pre-purchase inspections. Unlike others, we fly, manage, and maintain these aircraft daily, giving us unmatched insight into their true condition.
CLOSING
We coordinate the escrow process and act as your agent through the process.
OCR organizes all phases of the closing process, including aircraft title documentation, aircraft registration with the FAA and title searches of airframe and engines with the assistance of an aircraft title company and escrow service.
ABOVE AND BEYOND
OCR assists with the acceptance of the aircraft, includingpre-closing test flights and technical acceptance of the aircraft.
